To that end, we developed Henkel Construction Company’s Total Quality Management (TQM) Program. “TQM” drives the continual training and re-training required to achieve and maintain our exceptional commitment to safety and client satisfaction at all levels of our organization.
Also, on public and design-build projects Henkel employs a formal teaming process called “Partnering”. “Partnering” establishes a framework requiring all key participants to commit to “building a safe, high quality project in the most timely and cost effective manner possible”. Simply put, “Partners” are required contractually to establish overall success of the project as a higher priority than their individual interests.
