Henkel Construction Company was the Construction Manager for the Spencer Hospital Diagnostic Imaging renovation project designed by Accord Architecture. The project was done through a process of "lean" design meetings the hospital calls "shape" meetings. Henkel Construction Company and Accord Architecture have been involved in many "lean" process improvement events for various projects at Spencer Hospital, including this one. The project includes a new MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, bone density and stereotactic rooms.

Henkel Construction and Accord Architecture Companies delivered this new diagnostic imaging center for Radiologists of North Iowa while their existing operations continued without interruption. The center was built on a design build basis and has been a great success.
