This 1,200 square foot remodel transformed an existing traditional office space into a home like setting. Housed in the newly remodeled space is a conference room, two offices, a large area for a personal banker and a loan assistant.

Kanabec State Bank is being designed and built by Accord Architecture and built by Henkel Construction Companies. Henkel and Accord have been extremely effective for clients delivering design-build services as a team for over 20 years. When complete the new Kanabec Bank will offer a wide variety of financial services in a warm and friendly environment consistent with the surrounding area.

Henkel Construction and Accord Architecture Companies began working with First Citizens National Bank when they moved their main offices to Mason City, Iowa. Since then Accord and Henkel have designed and built several additional projects for the First Citizens team ranging from additions and renovations to new stand alone financial service centers.

When Bank of America needed to move in and renovate their newly purchased building they chose to team with Henkel Construction Company.
