This 1,200 square foot remodel transformed an existing traditional office space into a home like setting. Housed in the newly remodeled space is a conference room, two offices, a large area for a personal banker and a loan assistant.

A subsidiary of Assa Abloy, Curries Manufacturing wanted their corporate offices to fit in the Upper Midwest and convey the image of a successful international conglomerate. Henkel teamed with Accord Architecture on a design-build basis to create a facility that achieves those goals.

Kanabec State Bank is being designed and built by Accord Architecture and built by Henkel Construction Companies. Henkel and Accord have been extremely effective for clients delivering design-build services as a team for over 20 years. When complete the new Kanabec Bank will offer a wide variety of financial services in a warm and friendly environment consistent with the surrounding area.

Henkel and Accord Architecture collaborated to design-build this exciting new eight screen theatre venue. Visual entertainment begins in the lobby and continues as magical metal figures illuminate suspended curved ceilings and suggest the excitement to come. All theatres feature stadium-style seating, unobstructed large screen views and digital sound. Restrooms, storage space and the management office occupy spaces below the seating. Design and construction time together totaled less than 12 months.
